YOUR ROLE 
The key mission of the candidate is to increase the top line and market share of the SiC MOSFET automotive Product Unit for America and EMEA regiuons, by defining the appropriate product roadmap and leading thedesign-in activities with the key customers.
The candidate should exibits:
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
1.  A good technical background of thePower transistors devices, better if related to the  wide bandgap SiC MOSFET technology;
2. The knowledge of the relevant automotive  key applicationswhere the SiC MOSFETs devices are involved (Traction Inverter, on board charger, etc.) ;
3. Very good communication skills and very good abilityof team working;
4.Problem solvingattitude andability to work and managecomplex situations.
