Milanoe-work S.p.A., HR Executive Branch, ricerca per Società operante nella gestione efficace ed efficiente delle campagne per PMI e Brand, un/aHR Business Partner Operations che, a riporto dell'AD, sarà il punto di contatto per tutte le tematiche e dinamiche HR, supportando nell'implementazione delle strategie per migliorare la produttività e l'erogazione dei servizi offerti.In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Guidare il processo di selezione per le attività di recruiting e talent management, pubblicando annunci, occupandosi degli step di selezione assessment compreso fino al feedback finale, svolto in un'ottica di people developmentCollaborare con il top management, supportando i rispettivi team nella realizzazione degli obiettivi;Raccogliere e comprendere le esigenze delle persone in terminidi formazione e sviluppo al fine di fornire le migliori soluzioni per il business;Evidenziare all'AD eventuali situazioni complesse nell'organizzazione e portare soluzioni proattivamente, nel rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali;La persona che cerchiamoÈ laureata in Discipline preferibilmente Umanistiche;Ha maturato un'esperienza di 3 -4 anni in posizioni HR (idealmente come HR Generalist /HR Business Partner o HR Specialist) in società di servizi;Ha buone capacità relazionali ed è in grado di interagire con stakeholder interni ed esterni mettendo in campo empatia e proattività;Ha ottime capacità di problem solving e un'attitudine analitica;Ha un livello di inglese fluente.Dotata di versatilità e spirito di adattamento Luogo di lavoro:
