Principali responsabilità Valutazioni aziendali usando modelli quantitativi e tecniche di DCF; Simulazione, valutazione, strutturazione e implementazione delle operazioni; Creazione di business case, valutazione iniziale, screening d'opportunità di investimento e due diligence; Monitoraggio società in portafoglio e decisioni strategiche su temi di asset allocation; Gestione di tutto il ciclo di vita delle acquisizioni, coordinando gli advisor esterni (banche, società di revisione e studi legali) per la gestione degli aspetti contabili, fiscali, organizzativi, finanziari e strategici delle attività di due diligence. Principali caratteristiche richieste Il candidato/a ideale è preferibilmente in possesso di un diploma di laurea magistrale in Economia e/o Finanza ed ha maturato almeno tre anni di esperienza in Banche d'affari, società di consulenza (Corporate Finance o Transaction services), Private Equity o Venture Capital. Costituiscono inoltre un valore aggiunto: Ottime doti analitiche per predisposizioni di analisi di mercato e di business plan; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Flessibilità operativa e organizzazione; Ottima capacità di team working.
