DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA Synergie Italia multinazionale francese leader nel settore delle Risorse umane da oltre 50 anni tra i leader europei del settore HR e riconosciuto protagonista del mercato del lavoro in 16 paesi nel mondo, seleziona per rafforzamento staff interno una risorsa che vada a ricoprire il ruolo di Hr Administrative. POSIZIONE La risorsa sarà responsabile dei corretti adempimenti amministrativi correlati all'assunzione e gestione dei lavoratori somministrati e clienti offrendo un servizio di helpdesk di primo livello a lavoratori e clienti. Nello specifico si occuperà in autonomia delle attività (programmabili ed impreviste) legate all' amministrazione del personale quali ad esempio: - inserimento ed aggiornamento delle anagrafiche candidati, lavoratori e aziende - gestione delle pratiche contrattuali e di assunzione, proroga o cessazione - gestione delle variabili collegate alle assunzioni (TFR, detrazioni fiscali, ecc.) e degli eventi occasionali quali: infortuni, malattie, licenziamenti, contestazioni disciplinari etc. - caricamento delle presenze sul gestionale aziendale (paghe somministrati) REQUISITI Stiamo cercando una risorsa che abbia maturato esperienza, anche minima, nella mansione, preferibilmente all'interno di una agenzia per il lavoro, e sia determinata, orientata all'obiettivo, organizzata, dinamica, comunicativa, che non si spaventi di fronte agli imprevisti, ai ritmi incalzanti e alle sfide quotidiane offerti dal nostro settore. ALTRE INFORMAZIONI Tipologia contrattuale e livello di inquadramento saranno commisurati all'effettivo livello di esperienza della risorsa. Orario di lavoro: Full Time.
