Your Role and Responsibilities
Automation Software Brand is currently seeking qualified applicants for the Brand Sales Specialist (BSS) App Modernization role. You will be responsible for owning the brand's success in Strategic Accounts within the U.S. Industry Market.
To successfully accomplish this, you will be the subject matter expert in key deals as well as ensure we build the right plans to exceed our budget.
This position includes sales strategy and support throughout various stages of the sales cycle and assists sellers with progressing and closing opportunities.
The BSS is known as the solution expert and should demonstrate understanding of market trends, competition, and relevant use cases.
You will work with market leaders to roll out sales campaigns, reference case studies and define App Modernization priorities.
This role engages often with Product Management, Marketing, Partner Ecosystem and Sales Leadership.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You're an entrepreneur - who likes to run a business and know that owning your own growth strategies and pipeline generation is fundamental to your success
Multiple years of direct, face to face customer selling experience
Strong computer skills such as MS Office and Salesforce
Familiar with hybrid cloud
Familiar with AI
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong experience in IBM's Cloud Platform and Integration portfolios.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how to lead complex deals.
History of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan.
