Job DescriptionHead of GRC team (in construction)
Responsibilities:
Support a portfolio of customers in their cybersecurity initiatives and manage entrusted projects.Contribute to Advens' development through innovation and curiosity.Provide expert consultancy on regulatory compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity governance.Conduct gap analysis and support the development of client security strategies, technologies, policies, and programs, with a focus on Microsoft Cybersecurity.Act as a part-time or interim CISO (CISO-as-a-Service), offering strategic guidance and incident management expertise.Support audit readiness and ensure alignment with governance frameworks and business objectives.Assist in pre-sales activities by collaborating with corporate colleagues, preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and engaging with prospective clients.Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.Build and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Examples of potential projects include:
Developing a cybersecurity master plan for an industrial group.Redesigning the security policy for a global leader in mass retailing.Managing a compliance project for a hospital.Analyzing risks for a cloud migration project.Designing and implementing an awareness plan for a health sector unicorn.Organizing and conducting a cyber crisis simulation exercise for the general management of a banking group.QualificationsProven Cybersecurity skillsMinimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to take on various roles, including pre-sales, people management, and project management.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to teach and adapt information for different audiences.
