Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. was founded in Parma in 1910 by Gino Pizzarotti, subsequently transformed in 1945 into a limited liability company by Pietro Pizzarotti, father of the current Chairman Paolo Pizzarotti, and became a joint-stock company in 1961 with a share capital of 250 million euros.

Pizzarotti C. S.p.A., an International Contractor with major infrastructural project in Italy and abroad, is looking for a Risk Management Specialist to be included in the Risk Management department in the Corporate Office of Parma.
The resource will support the Risk Management team in the following main activities, among others: Development and distribution of methodologies, models, analysis, assessment and risk aggregation as well as other functional tools for the Risk Management activities; Improvement of the Risk Management processes and distribution of the relevant updates; Contribute to the digitalization process of the Risk Management activities, from goal model to assessment, monitoring and reporting; Participate and lead Risk assessment meetings (Identifying, assessing, and monitoring the relevant risks and specific treatment actions supporting the Risk Owner to manage the risk and implementing the risk treatment actions); Contribute to prepare the Operations Risk Assessment report; Monitoring Top Risks: identifying the indicators monitored (Key Risk Indicators and Key Control Indicators) and analysing the results, trends, ratings and status of the indicators monitored; Prepare Corporate Risk presentations, working with an inter-functional approach; Prepare analysis for top management, Audit and Risk Committee.
Requested Skills: Knowledge of Risk Management routines, preferably in Infrastructures.
Risk Management Professional Certification will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of economic and financial evaluation techniques other than principles of statistics to define impacts and probabilities of risks Degree in Engineering or Economics: Fluent in Italian, both written and oral; Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Outstanding Microsoft Office skills.
Strong communication and relational skills.
Ability to navigate the organizations and build trustworthy relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Working location: Parma (PR) / remote working policy.
