La societá ha focus primario nello sviluppo fotovoltaico in Italia e Grecia, ma opera in tutta Europa.
Fondata nel 2012, l'azienda ha ambiziosi piani per accelerare la propria crescita e ora è alla ricerca di un Senior Project Development Manager per guidare un Team esistente e in crescita e un portafoglio di progetti solari e di stoccaggio di batterie in tutto il paese. Questa è un'opportunità emozionante ed allettante se ti vuoi unire ad uno dei principali sviluppatori italiani con il programma di sviluppare 2GW di energia solare fotovoltaica.
Le responsabilità quotidiane includono:
* Gestire le attività di sviluppo del progetto per progetti di energia rinnovabile dalla fase iniziale fino alla conformità pre-costruzione.
* Condurre la negoziazione del contratto di locazione e il coordinamento con proprietari terrieri, agenti immobiliari, avvocati e altre parti pertinenti.
* Fornire input al CEO sulla strategia di sviluppo del progetto e sugli obiettivi.
* Gestire l'allocazione delle risorse del team di sviluppo del progetto per ottenere risultati ottimali. * Fornire supporto al team di sviluppo del progetto nei loro ruoli.
* Continuare a supportare, sviluppare e pianificare la crescita. I requisitipreferenzialiincludono: * Un background accademicorilevante in ambiente, pianificazione o energiarinnovabile/ingegneria
* Esperienza in gestione di progetti e leadership di team
* Esperienzaprecedente in sviluppocommerciale e/o individuazionedinuoveopportunità
* Conoscenzadellalegislazioneitalianapertinente, avereildirittodilavorare in Italia e unapatentediguidacompleta
Location: Milano, (4 giorni a settimana in ufficio)
Salary: A partire dai 60K annuali fino ai 75K annuali, negoziabili in base all'espserienza.
