The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of procurement processes.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze and manage purchase proposals generated by the MRP system.Issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Monitor the status of issued orders, expediting deliveries when necessary to ensure punctuality.Verify the accuracy of order confirmations, checking the correctness of prices and delivery dates.Maintain constant communication with suppliers to solve any discrepancies or issues.Manage on-time delivery indicators related to suppliers by downloading and processing data from the ERP.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are efficiently met.Participate in the optimization of procurement processes and propose improvements where necessary.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:At least High school diploma 1/2 years of previous experience in similar roles.SKILLS:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in IT tools and main procurement management software (SAP, Microsoft Office Suite).Ability to work independently and within a team.Knowledge of the English language (level B2 or higher).Lincotek Surface Solutions provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
