Role Description: Restaurant Manager for Mosaico Fine Dining Restaurant We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our fine dining restaurant, Mosaico, at Aquarium Group SRL.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Torre Delle Stelle.
The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of the restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on fine dining establishments.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining the highest standards of service and promptly addressing any issues.
Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring that all team members meet service standards and work efficiently.
Financial Management: Monitor restaurant finances, including tracking expenses, managing budgets, and preparing monthly and seasonal financial reports.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations by implementing systems, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
Compliance with Health Safety Regulations: Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all local and national health and safety standards.
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment, motivating staff, and encouraging professional development.
Qualifications: Languages: Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
Experience: Prior experience in fine dining restaurants is required.
Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent leadership, recruitment, and managerial skills.
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and Health Safety regulations.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
