Wat ga je doen? De afdeling order management is verantwoordelijk voor de juiste oplevering van de order van de klant. Na het sluiten van de offerte door onze accountmanagers komt de order bij jou als Order Manager te liggen. Je controleert de aangeleverde bestanden, verstuurt drukproeven naar de klant en zorgt ervoor dat de drukbestanden op tijd gereed zijn. Hierbij voer je alle administratieve werkzaamheden uit. Je hebt veel contact met onze klanten en de studio-, productie- en sales afdelingen en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de order totdat het product geleverd is. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de inkoop van producten bij leveranciers.
Werken voor onze verschillende internationale klanten is elke dag een uitdaging. Wanneer je de juiste houding en ambities hebt zijn de doorgroeimogelijkheden bij Leoprinting onbeperkt.

Wat wij vragen Je hebt MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau in de richting van administratie en hebt interesse in de wereld van marketing en promotie;
Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
Je werkt gestructureerd en haalt voldoening uit plannen en organiseren om te allen tijde het overzicht te bewaren;
Je bent collegiaal, zelfstandig, werkt vanuit passie en gedrevenheid;
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
