What You'll Do: You will join the Retail Marketing team within the Food & Beverage area, reporting directly into the Food & Beverage Associate Manager;You will work with a passionate F&B team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences in our bars and restaurants;You will manage relationships with municipalities and local authorities for SCIA requests and other required licenses;You will handle budgets, supplier contracts, and the control and authorization of orders and payment flows for F&B invoices in SAP across multiple locations;You will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and events to drive sales and customer engagement;You will coordinate F&B activities with line management as well as legal, administrative, and financial departments.Who You Are: You have 1–2 years of experience in F&B management or the Food & Beverage sector;You hold a degree in Economics, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Food Marketing, or related fields;You have solid knowledge of HACCP regulations, supplier management, and quality control procedures;You are skilled in monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality;You are fluent in Italian and English and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office;You are detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments.Preferably, You Also Have: Experience in fine dining or high-volume operations;Basic knowledge of SAP.What we offer you/you can expect from us: Temporary Contract - Maternity Leave Replacement;Compensation based on experience and skills;Hybrid work;An inclusive place to work;Company-Owned Devices: laptop and business mobile phone;Meal Allowance;Supplemental Health Insurance;Welfare System.Looking for a role that can support your learning and career goals: Psychological well-being: online meditation courses, medical online service, counselling service thanks to the support of certified psychologists and coaches;Continuous learning for soft and hard skills (es.
