PROJECT MANAGER MACCHINE AUTOMATICHE PER IL SETTORE FARMACEUTICO
La figura ricercata ha maturato una formazione Tecnica ad indirizzo Meccanico o Elettrico ed ha un'esperienza comprovata di almeno 5 anni in settori similari quali Impiantistica e Macchine Automatiche, preferibilmente del comparto Farmaceutico.
La figura, riportando direttamente al Customer Support Team Leader, sarà inserita all'interno di un team e si occuperà di dirigere e amministrare le operazioni e le attività quotidiane con i clienti. Nel dettaglio:
- Identifica e gestisce le situazioni critiche aiutando il team nella risoluzione dei problemi e allineandosi con la casa madre tedesca;
- Fornisce supporto al team del Service Account Manager tramite il Service Hub;
- Stabilisce obiettivi chiari del risultato atteso (KPI);
- Supervisiona e valuta le attività quotidiane del team interfacciandosi direttamente con i clienti e la casa madre tedesca;
- Risolve eventuali problematiche all'interno del gruppo.
Si richiede:
- Formazione tecnica o Laurea a indirizzo meccanico;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni;
- Conoscenza anche minima del settore farmaceutico;
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese;
- Richiesta disponibilità a trasferte per il 20% del tempo.
Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL da valutare in base all'esperienza.
