The I&S team works in the Corporate Bank - Corporate Cash Management providing post sale cash management solutions and assistance to Corporate Clients.
_
- The team supports the successful delivery of cash management products and assists clients in their daily banking activity connected to such products.
_
- In doing so, the Team interacts frequently with different stakeholders such as Corporate Coverage, Product Sales, CRM and operations through the whole DB Global Network.
_
- The Implementations and Service Analyst _is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of implementation tasks working under the direct supervision of the Principal / Client Implementation Manager(s) such as (but not limited to) account opening, set-up of cash management products, account maintenance activity for existing clients within assigned portfolio.
_
- Within the responsibility of Service Analyst he/she will assist the Client Service Manager(s)/ACO(s) in all the following activities: _
- _KYC activities (ENPRs, NCAs, EDRs); _
- _Client Service activities ( servicing of client enquiries, escalation of client issues); _
- _Business activities with passive approach in Credit Risk Management, Trade Finance and Cash Management Areas _
- Skills: _
- _Economics or Law Degrees required _
- _Full Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite _
- _Fluent English _
- _Understanding of Multinational Corporate Clients Banking needs and requirements _
- _Basic knowledge of Corporate Cash Management and Trade Finance Products _
- _Proved AML and KYC knowledge and experience _
- _Previous experience in similar position is a plus _
- _Organizational skills _
- _Team spirit attitude _
