RESPONSABILITA' PRINCIPALE
Fornire un supporto accurato e tempestivo al responsabile HSE/RSPP, sui diversi rami dei sistemi EHS quali:
Garantire la conformità alla Legge Italiana Sviluppo del sistema di gestione EHS secondo ISO 45001 e ISO 14001 Lanciare e sostenere le iniziative e i KPI EHS
Collaborare con tutte le altre funzioni per assicurare un Impianto sicuro e orientato alla protezione dell'ambiente, con zero infortuni e impatti sostenibili.

Promuovere la cultura EHS, in vista della Legge Italiana e della vision aziendale.

Collaborare con EHS Manager nella preparazione e nell'aggiornamento della valutazione dei rischi e dei pericoli secondo D. Lgs 81/08 e le direttive aziendali.

Preparare le procedure per il sistema di gestione EHS.

Formazione EHS su iniziative e procedure interne.

Indagare gli eventi accidentali, preparare rapporto con l'analisi delle cause alla radice e piano d'azione.

Monitorare e aggiornare i KPI, rispettare le scadenze e gli obiettivi di completamento.

Interagire con gli appaltatori per tutti gli obblighi connessi all'art. 26 D. Lgs. 81/08 e gestire le relative attività e documentazione.

Organizzare ed eseguire tutte le attività e gli aspetti documentali per il controllo periodico relativo alle attrezzature antincendio, alle attrezzature di movimentazione ecc.

Organizzare ed eseguire tutti gli aspetti documentali della gestione dei rifiuti.

Collaborare con EHS Manager nell'applicazione di AIA (Environment Integrated Authorization).

Implementare iniziative di comunicazione come la preparazione di brochure aziendali, la creazione di lavagne EHS.

Apporre in tutto l'impianto qualsiasi tipo di segnale di sicurezza, nastri di sicurezza ecc.

Trascorrere del tempo nella zona di produzione per ispezioni, osservazioni ecc.
