Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteYou will support the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the Italian local business.You will act as point of reference for:1.suppliers during the process audits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures.2.for customers during visits/audits on the production plant.You will manage non-conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions and suppliers.You will be responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way, metrics to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement.Qualifications for the role You enjoy working with quality control processes, methodologies and knowledge of Statistical AnalysisAbility to demonstrate your experience in molding manufacturing.You are qualified in techniques for material analysis.You have a goal oriented and good interpersonal attitude.You are captivated by the willingness to express your full potential bringing-in your value added, ideas and passion to continuously innovate daily job and solution.Degree in Mechanical or Electronic, Electric EngineeringYou are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spokenWhat's in it for you?
