THUN, azienda retail leader nel settore dell'idea regalo e appartenente al Gruppo LENET, ricerca un/a Demand Planning Specialist da inserire nel team Business Operations.La figura, sulla base degli input di business si occueprà delle seguenti attività:Sales & Stock Planning: pianificazione mensile di vendite/stock/lanci di produzione (S&OP). Supporto nella schedulazione dei meeting di reportistica e presentazione del Sales PlanningDemand Planning: pianificazione della domanda netta e determinazione del demand verso la Supply (Upstream)Launch Phase: determinazione delle vendite e delle quantità di riapprovigionamento in collaborazione con Merchandise Team e Buying Team, Area Manager e Direzione Commerciale. Monitoraggio dei lanci di produzione e dell'avanzamento ordiniSupporto nella manutenzione per 'Product Lifecycle' e delle informazioni rilevanti per il product master data in SAPSchedulazione e conduzioni dei meeting di allineamento con Supply & Procurement TeamElaborazione e presentazione dei principali KPIsll/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato una pregressa esperienza di 2 anni in un ruolo analogo in contesti aziendali di provenienza retail/gdo e presenta un background di studio economico/matematico. Vanta familiarità con i principali KPI del business model (stock rotation, sell through, out of stock index). Si richiede una buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e di sistema per analisi e monitoraggio del business (Excel, SAP). Lo/la caratterizzano doti comunicative e organizzative, capacità analitica, autonomia e spirito di collaborazione.
