DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA Il nostro cliente è un'azienda di rilievo nazionale operante nel settore Aerospace.
Per la sede di Roma, selezioniamo la seguente figura: POSIZIONE HR LABOR RELATION SPECIALIST - RELAZIONI SINDACALI & AMMINISTRAZIONE La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della funzione HR e avrà le seguenti responsabilità: - Gestione dei rapporti sindacali: focus su CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, accordi di secondo livello, licenziamenti.
- Assunzioni e cessazioni: adempimenti di legge, aggiornamento database aziendali, interfaccia con Data Management (società esterna di gestione payroll), comunicazioni interne.
- Maternità, aspettative, congedi, denuncia infortuni, part-time, cessioni del quinto, anticipazioni TFR etc.
: analisi ed aggiornamento normativo, adempimenti di legge, preparazione lettere varie, interfaccia con Data Management, comunicazioni interne.
- Permessi di varia natura (es.
studio, cariche pubbliche, etc.
): analisi richieste, analisi normativa di riferimento.
- Gestione anomalie presenze e trasferte.
- Gestione welfare e benefit aziendali: asilo nido, borse di studio, company car (Quadri Executive), carta di credito etc.
REQUISITI Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidat?
che siano in possesso di un minimo di 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione delle relazioni sindacali in contesti aziendali strutturati.
Richiesta la Laurea ad indirizzo Giuridico/Umanistico.
Competenze specifiche: ottima conoscenza del CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria.
Competenze trasversali: capacità di lavorare con metodo; capacità di programmazione ed organizzazione; capacità di costruire relazioni cooperative finalizzate allo scambio delle informazioni; flessibilità e velocità nell'apprendimento.
ALTRE INFORMAZIONI Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato con livello commisurato alle esperienze e competenze maturate.
