Registrati per visualizzare i contatti dell'azienda Effettua il login per ricevere email con offerte similiIl 7Pines Resort Sardinia per la prossima stagione è alla ricerca di un Assistant Front Office Manager:Principali compiti e responsabilità:– Assicurare che il personale del front desk sia addestrato sulle politiche e sulle procedure dell'azienda.– Gestire la contabilità di reparto, compresa la riconciliazione dei conti;– Svolgere mansioni d'ufficio come rispondere al telefono, accogliere gli ospiti;– Rispondere a domande sulle politiche dell'hotel, sulla disponibilità delle camere e su altre questioni relative al servizio clienti.– Fornire un servizio di assistenza agli ospiti rispondendo a domande sulle strutture e sui servizi dell'hotel, effettuando prenotazioni per gli ospiti e aiutando a risolvere problemi quali camere in overbooking o chiavi smarrite, ecc..– Coordinare eventi speciali presso l'hotel, come matrimoni o conferenze, spesso in collaborazione con il responsabile degli eventi dell'hotel;– Formare i nuovi dipendenti sulle politiche e le procedure relative alla posizione che sono stati assunti a ricoprire.Mantenere i registri delle informazioni sui clienti, come le informazioni di contatto, le preferenze e le precedenti interazioni con l'azienda;– Supportare il FO Manager in tutte le attività del reparto.Requisiti:conoscenza della lingua inglese ed italiana,eventuale conoscenza di un altra lingua straniera;pregressa esperienza nel ruolo Tutti i CV devono essere inviati comprensivi di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 - GDPR e saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione in corso.L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi secondo il disposto delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91.
