The ANDRITZ GROUP is a globally leading supplier of plants, equipment, and services for hydropower stations, the pulp and paper industry, the metalworking and steel industries, and solid/liquid separation in the municipal and industrial sectors.
Position: TECNICO PROGETTISTA ELETTRICO DI AUTOMAZIONE The profile sought is for an automation technician who will be trained for competencies not yet acquired in the automation field.
In perspective, the technician will be placed in the electrical engineering, automation, and commissioning department to prepare the software and be able to start it in the hydropower plant.
Therefore, both the willingness and aptitude for on-site interventions and flexibility in engineering are necessary.
Responsibilities: Participate in the design and execution of projects related to automatic control systems.
Programming PLC, software development, and HMI/SCADA operator panels in an industrial context.
Activation of equipment and testing of systems.
Utilization of AutoCAD and other systems for electrical plant layout.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel for medium durations in Italy and abroad.
Minimum Qualifications: Basic experience in the above-mentioned areas.
Good command of the English language.
Preferred knowledge of Siemens platforms.
