Il Trainer AC opererà presso la sede del nostro cliente e dovrà predisporre ed erogare corsi di formazione a personale tecnico (installatori, rivenditori specializzati, tecnici dei centri assistenza, agenti, ecc.)
sui sistemi di condizionamento residenziale e industriale.Come?Approfondendo tutti gli aspetti tecnici dei prodotti per trasferire le competenze necessarie per la progettazione, installazione e manutenzione dei sistemi di condizionamento.Creando ed erogando moduli formativi efficaci in Power Point.Garantendo un costante aggiornamento del materiale didattico in funzione delle novità di prodotto.Supportando lo staff tecnico del produttore nella risoluzione di problematiche che richiedano particolari approfondimenti anche attraverso affiancamenti esterni.Cosa offriamo?Esperienza con uno dei top player mondiali del settore aria condizionata.Continua formazione e aggiornamento su prodotti di ultima generazione.Crescita professionale all'interno di un contesto dinamico e stimolante.Non sarai solo ma sempre in contatto con altri colleghi, i professionisti del punto vendita e in costante dialogo con la sede CPM di Milano.Sei tu la persona giusta?
Per diventare Trainer AC è utile una conoscenza del settore Air Conditioning, ma ciò che conta alla fine è la tua capacità di entrare in sintonia con le persone.
