The challenge

What you will do
Responsible for the management and the development of built-in hobs product portfolio.
In particular:
- responsible for the management of the entire life-cycle of the product, including:
- business case definition and validation-
- definition of technical specifications-
- launch plan definition-
- value proposition-
- phase in /out strategy-
- analyse consumer trends and habits in order to correctly define the value proposition and the products specifications, aiming to leadership in the competition landscape.- analyse sell-in and sell-out data in order to detect the right business opportunities.- constantly collaborate with R&D, Costs, Purchase and Logistic department along all the development process- constant collaboration with Brand and Design team for the definition of value proposition and product aesthetics.- support business managers and markets in the definition of line-up and in removing business roadblocks if related to product.
What you need to succeed
Must have- Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech- Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.
Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance- University degree (preferred area Marketing / economics)- Experience in Product Portfolio development in a multinational industry/environment producing Global Brands, ideally BTC- Excellent level of Italian and English- Fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership
Nice to have- Passion for Cooking- MBA/Master in Marketing- Turkish and Chinese and others languages are a plus- Previous experience in industrial complex products such as White goods, Brown goods, SDA, Automotive, High Tech, Design and Furniture
