Job Description:
The Web Analytics Lead will be responsible for driving optimal website performance through his/her expertise in analytics, testing, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Platforms, specifically Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag manager and Adobe Target Position requires excellent communication skills, problem solving and data driven approach, an orientation to detail and process, ability to work and maintain composure under tight deadlines, advanced expertise in digital web analytics and reporting, as well as knowledge about digital marketing principles and best practices. This position also demands ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams and cross-teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced analytics tools, with a primary focus on Adobe Analytics, to gather insights into user behaviour, site performance, and key metrics;
Manage Adobe Tag Manager and the integration with the other tracking systems (ie. Google Marketing Platform, Adform, …);
Help to define and implement A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize website elements and enhance overall user experience;
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve website speed, responsiveness, and digital marketing campaigns;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement based on data analysis of website/app/onboarding processes;
Act as the subject matter expert on Adobe Target, overseeing the creation and execution of personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates;
Provide training and guidance to team members on analytics, testing, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
Manage the existing analytics resources and the relationships with the marketing team and the product team;
Required skills and experience
Proven experience in web performance optimization, analytics, and testing;
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target;
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTM;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights;
Demonstrated success in implementing and managing A/B and multivariate testing programs;
Solid understanding of website architecture, performance metrics, and best practices for use the data analytics for the marketing acquisition;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
