Per lo stabilimento produttivo di Carugate di AENOVA, Pharma Point ricerca un/una: Continuous Improvement Manager La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Managing Director, guiderà i progetti di Continuous Improvement e Lean manufacturing.
Principali responsabilità: In collaborazione con il SLT (Site Leadership Team) ed il management di stabilimento garantisce lo sviluppo e l'implementazione del piano annuale di Produttività Individua i progetti di miglioramento tramite l'analisi dei processi aziendali, dei dati e dei trend proponendo i relativi investimenti e modalità di implementazione Assicura la promozione della cultura e la formazione del Continuous Improvement nello stabilimento Assicura l'incremento di competitività dello stabilimento rispetto ai competitor Monitora i KPI dello stabilimento rispetto ai Target assegnati, individuando le potenziali cause di scostamento ed elaborando con le funzioni preposte azioni o progetti di miglioramento Crea KPI a seguito di nuove iniziative o opportunità di miglioramento, elaborando con le funzioni coinvolte un target ed un relativo piano di implementazione per il loro raggiungimento Profilo: Laurea in Ingegneria Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo in stabilimenti di produzione Conoscenza avanzata di metodologia Lean e Six Sigma, preferibilmente Master Black Belt Conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza avanzata di analisi statistica e di tecniche di Project Management Ottime capacità comunicative Leadership partecipativa basata sul coinvolgimento ed il lavoro di squadra.
