**_What do we require?_**
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields._
- Specific expertise in formulation, with at least 1 year of experience._
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumental techniques such as HPLC, UV, atomic absorption, and chromatographic techniques._
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office._
- Good command of English._
**_What will your responsibilities be?_**
- As an Incremental Formulation Assistant at Syngenta Biologicals, you will:_
- Formulate new products, enhance existing ones, and assess shelf life for prototypes under supervision._
- Implement strategies to recover non-compliant products._
- Assist in liaising with the Regulatory Affairs department regarding the registration process of actives and co-formulants._
- Contribute to scouting and identifying novel raw materials._
- Establish process specifications for prototypes and evaluate sample batch productions._
- Provide detailed reports on research data and scientific activities._
