POSIZIONE APERTA: AUTOMATION & INNOVATION PROJECT ENGINEER ATTIVITA': Progettare e programmare logiche di controllo per il DCS ABB 800xA.
Sviluppare e implementare soluzioni di automazione per migliorare l'efficienza e l'affidabilità del sistema.
Gestire i progetti di automazione dall'inizio alla fine, assicurandosi che soddisfino i requisiti e le scadenze specificate.
Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni del progetto per redigere le specifiche e supervisionare la messa in funzione dei sistemi dell'impianto.
Guidare e partecipare a progetti di digitalizzazione, sia internamente che con partner esterni di integrazione.
Innovare e integrare soluzioni digitali per migliorare i processi e i sistemi operativi.
Scrivere manuali d'uso, istruzioni di lavoro e procedure operative.
Compilare la documentazione in conformità alle pratiche di buona fabbricazione farmaceutica (GMP).
Lavorare a stretto contatto con team tecnici esterni per sviluppare interfacce DCS-impianto.
Collaborare con i reparti di ingegneria, manutenzione e produzione per affrontare e risolvere i problemi legati all'automazione.
Formare e assistere il personale operativo e di manutenzione sull'uso e la gestione dei sistemi DCS.
Fornire assistenza continua e risoluzione dei problemi per il DCS e i relativi sistemi di automazione.
Gestire i PLC e i dispositivi di terze parti integrati nella rete dell'impianto.
REQUISITI: Laurea in ingegneria dell'automazione, meccatronica, informatica o elettronica.
Ottima conoscenza di uno o più linguaggi di programmazione su riga di comando (es.
C, Python, Visual Basic e simili).
Conoscenza dello standard di programmazione IEC 61131-3 (elenco di istruzioni, testo strutturato, diagramma a blocchi di funzioni, diagramma funzionale sequenziale, ladder).
Compentenze in ambito IT per la configurazione e la manutenzione di server e macchine virtuali, nonché per la progettazione e configurazione di reti ethernet.
Comprovata esperienza nella progettazione e programmazione di logiche DCS, preferibilmente su ABB800xA.
Comprovata esperienza su PLC e altri dispositivi di terze parti integrati nelle reti d'impianto.
Una precedente esperienza in stabilimenti farmaceutici costituisce un titolo preferenziale.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2 come livello minimo) Capacità di gestire progetti e di lavorare in modo autonomo, capacità di analisi e problem-solving, proattività e assertività, spirito di iniziativa e orientamento al risultato, attitudine al confronto e alla collaborazione con i colleghi anche di funzioni diverse, capacità di fare attività di scouting di nuove tecnologie sul mercato, attitudine al miglioramento continuo.
