We are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job SummaryBuilding the big moments - we deliver unforgettable sporting eventsInfront is all about sports.Active in more than 25 sports, we cover all aspects of a successful sporting event from the distribution of media rights, sponsorship, media production, event operations through to digital solutions.If you share our passion for sport, we may just be the right fit for you.We are looking for an Associate Media Operations (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.Job RequirementsDuties & ResponsabilitiesManage the assigned projects (Summer Sports) on operational level:CEVLBAOther propertiesCoordination with technical suppliers for the booking, delivery of all signals and relevant invoicesLiaison with Right Holders and Event organisers to obtain all media/broadcast related information and to ensure smooth deliverySupport and coordination with Broadcast Partners for the booking, delivery of all agreed services (signals and on-site facilities) and relevant invoicesActive role in the monitoring activity of the eventsSupport and coordination of the Infront booking system (IMP) for all the assigned projectsSeek to consistently improve and optimize planning and operating processesActive contributor to the global Media Operations TeamRequired Skills: Background and specialized knowledge of media and broadcast related operations at sport eventsStrong client service orientation and detail-orientedProactive problem solver with a demonstrated willingness to take on responsibilityGood analytical and decision-making skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood IT skills and experienceBackground, knowledge and education about media/broadcast industry, in particular about technical trends and innovationLanguages:ItalianEnglish Advanced levelAnother language is an assetAre you ready to contribute to transforming and enhancing every aspect of the sports industry?Unite your passion for sports with a rewarding career by joining our ONE team of talented, highly-motivated and hard-working individuals.Please submit your online application now.Infront is an equal opportunities employer.
