Role Information The Retail Artist at Charlotte Tilbury is the true center where the magic happens in our stores and counters. You have your base in the store and are responsible for fulfilling our mission to empower everyone to be the most beautiful version of themselves, giving them the confidence to achieve their dreams. This is accomplished by combining your artistic skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for creating lasting emotional connections. You believe that the product is accessible to all and can adapt your style to meet your clients' needs.

You are an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and wish to share your knowledge with one customer after another.You easily adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to open up to exceptional success.You strictly follow the company's personal care standards, know what it means to look good, and are not afraid to show it.What We Expect From You: Ideally a level 3 professional qualification in Beauty Therapy.Ideally, you have some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably from a fast-paced environment in beauty, retail, or consumer goods.You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that revolutionizes perceptions and continues to grow. You love everything about Charlotte Tilbury and are not afraid to spread the word.Ideally, you have experience in makeup application and know how to adapt your style to different clients with varying needs.You promote positivity and can think without limits to let your energy shine.You receive constructive feedback positively and can easily take suggested actions.Benefits: Why Join Us?
