Hotel de la Ville, renowned 4-star luxury hotel in Monza, affiliated to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World chain, is urgently seeking the following position: Administrative accountant We require: · General accounting and industrial accounting skills · Organisational and management skills, tidiness and accuracy · Experience in the use of IT tools and accounting software · Knowledge of accounting regimes and administrative-accounting procedures · Ability to analyse and prepare annual and consolidated financial statements · Knowledge of tax obligations, both periodic and annual · Respect for deadlines · Discretion and confidentiality · Diploma in Accounting, Commercial Expert or Commercial Technician, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration · Consolidated experience in the role, experience in the hotel or catering sector and knowledge of Opera management and Sysdat accounting software is considered preferential · Good knowledge of the English language Job description: · Recording of invoices and other accounting documentation, keeping of general ledger accounts, accounting reconciliations - knowledge of electronic invoicing · Maintaining cost accounting and budgeting systems, also with the use of spreadsheets · Interface with management also through monthly reporting · Management of supplier payments and schedule management-use of remote banking · Management of interface with front-office for checking account balances Clients · Management of relations with external tax, labour and accounting software consultancies · Digital archiving of documents The job offer is intended to refer to both sexes, with ready placement. Hotel de la Ville, rinomata struttura 4 stelle lusso di Monza affiliata alla catena Small Luxury Hotels of the World, ricerca urgentemente la seguente figura: Contabile amministrativo Si richiedono: · Competenze in contabilità generale e contabilità industriale · Abilità organizzative e gestionali, ordine e precisione · Esperienza nell'uso degli strumenti informatici e di software contabili · Conoscenza dei regimi contabili e delle procedure amministrativo-contabili · Capacità di analizzare e redigere i bilanci di esercizio e consolidati · Conoscenza degli adempimenti fiscali, sia periodici che annuali · Rispetto delle scadenze · Discrezione e riservatezza · Diploma in Ragioneria, in Perito Commerciale o Tecnico Commerciale, Laurea triennale in economia aziendale · Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, è considerato titolo preferenziale esperienza maturata nel settore alberghiero o di ristorazione e conoscenza del gestionale Opera e software di contabilità Sysdat · Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Job description: · Registrazione di fatture e altra documentazione contabile, tenuta della contabilità generale, riconciliazioni contabili - conoscenza fatturazione elettronica · Tenuta della contabilità analitico-gestionale sistemi di budget anche con uso di fogli di calcolo · Interfaccia con la direzione anche attraverso reporting mensile · Gestione pagamenti fornitori e gestione scadenzario-utilizzo remote banking · Gestione interfaccia con front-office per controllo saldi contabili Clienti · Gestione rapporti con studi esterni di consulenza fiscale, del lavoro e software contabilità · Archiviazione anche digitale di documenti L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi, con pronto inserimento.
