#EXT Logistic Specialist

The position is responsible of organizing and controlling the loads and shipments of finished products and raw materials for Italian and foreign customers, including those extra EU, optimizing management costs and times. The Italy and Export Shipping Specialist interfaces internally with the production, sales and CSA to plan shipments of finished products and raw materials from Segrate site to Italian and foreign customers, including extra EU, he/she ensures a customer care service and at the same time cost optimization.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Planning of shipments of raw materials and finished products for customers in the Italian and foreign markets, including warehouse inventory.
- Selection of transport companies, in collaboration with the Purchasing Office and related management based on shipping needs.
- Transactions in IT system relating to transport and warehouse shipping activities. - Checking the correspondence of goods and pallet/package documents.
- Preparation/collection of the necessary documentation for shipping to Italy and in particular to foreign countries, including non-EU ones.
- Managing customer returns and reporting of any deviations in product quality.

**You bring**
- High school diploma.
- Computer Programming Course - Unix Language and ADR regulation course.
- Self-responsibility and proactive.
- Team spirit and good interaction with other departments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
