**Job Description Summary**: The Associate Production Quality, support Incoming inspection Testing teams to provide testing reports and production, quality and test documentation.
In this role, you will have a high impact to on quality on production and customer satisfaction.
Non conformity process will be management when needed.
**Role Summary/Purpose**:
The Associate Production Quality, support Incoming inspection Testing teams to provide testing reports and production, quality and test documentation.
In this role, you will have a high impact to on quality on production and customer satisfaction.
Non conformity process will be management when needed.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Knowing the technical drawings
- Knowing the main European standards and read them in the proper way
- Knowing and use the main mechanical instruments like caliper, micrometer, altimeter etc.
- Competence in the mechanical matters
- Main characteristic Knowing of the main Raw materials like aluminium, iron, stainless steel, copper, plastic
- Knowing and use the main MS office software
- English language - sufficient knowing
- Knowing the quality ISO 9001 main rules
- Good approach in the Team working and disposed to a group collaboration activities
**Activities to do**:
- checks and control in incoming inspection mechanical components
- checks and control in production mechanical components
- managements the components acceptance or reject
- management the quality reports issue
- management the reject reports issue
- quality analysis on the components and materials
- Supplier's component call and discussion for the materials produced
- suppliers certificates controls and verification
- Mechanical Instruments calibration
- Root cause analysis with the Team quality & production
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
Associate's High School Diploma in Technical and mechanical matter ;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment;
- Desired Characteristics: MS office proficiency;
- Excel intermediate to expert proficiency;
- Experience supporting Quality testing teams;
- Strong oral and written communications skills;
- Ability to communicate with transparency;
- Ability to collaborate with the team;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Problem-solving skills
