All in one place.We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and countingYOUR TASKSYou are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stayYou are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-outYou are the first point of contact for our guests and all other visitors like suppliers and external techniciansYou respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activitiesYou take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests, up-selling, responding to online reviews and much moreYou enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive oneYou're flexible and understand that we are rotation shifts (Morning, Evening and Night shifts)Last but not least; you're a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and thenYOUR PROFILEYou possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitalityYou possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasksYou are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guestsYou are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges togetherYou have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g.
