Bartender - Sogni

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our Bartender is able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs, expectations and desires, in line with Antonioli Group's standards.
Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beveragesInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture provide an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsRequirements Knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksPassion involving cocktailsTeamwork orientedFluency in EnglishPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanComputer literacyMixology training certificate is a plus2 years' previous experience in the roleWe offer a full-time job mainly on evening shifts.
Salary based on previous experience.
