Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office THE ROLE New Guards Group is looking for a Production Development Intern to join the team and support in the production process of the Shoes collection for the NGG brands. You will report to the Production Manager and oversee all phases of the production and advancement of the Shoes collection. WHAT YOU'LL DOOrganize and participate in production fittings, check the quality and fit of products together with the product office and external suppliersCreate production books for suppliers with fitting notes and packaging and labeling guidelinesPrecise and constant monitoring and analysis of assigned ordersSample traffic management between HQ, warehouse and suppliersEnter data into the ERP software, archiving and updating production related documentsMonitor pre-production samples between production in headquarters and the suppliersLiaise with the product development team and build and manage relationships with suppliersWHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in Fashion Product Development or Economics or Management Engineering (currently enrolled)Proven curiosity and passion for the luxury fashion industryProactive and flexible team playerGood propensity for problem solving and accuracyFluent in English and Italian both written and spoken this will be tested in the selection processREWARDS & BENEFITSLunch ticketsDiscounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and BrownsBe part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalitiesBrand new headquarters located in the centre of MilanEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTNew Guards Group is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
