**KEY ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE**
Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a motivated and energetic professional to join our **Business Development Team**.
The **Key Account Associate** position is accountable for multiple tasks related to sales, site merchandising, and analytics related to our Amazon Fashion EMEA accounts, supporting sales growth, and building a better customer relationship.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Sales and account management:
- Work with the key account manager to implement initiatives as needed to meet sales and brand goals;
- Partner with internal marketing team to develop new content to grow Champion on Amazon Fashion through seasonal product launches, special programs, and customer acquisition/retention.
Site merchandising:
- Product detail page content management (comprising images, copy, customer reviews) and regular walk-the-store audits of Champion products within Amazon EMEA sites;
- Site content management including brand stores, on-site advertising, events, and new launches
Reporting/analysis:
- Analyze the weekly KPI reports sent by our customer and provide actions to achieve targets and cost related efficiencies;
- Build clear, concise, and cohesive quantitative analysis inclusive of strong data visualization;
- Communicate to Amazon Fashion teams and to internal teams at regularly scheduled intervals.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**SKILLS and ATTITUDES**
- English and Italian is a must; another European language would be ideal;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and good use of Power Point;
- Experience in pure-play channel and/or e-commerce is highly valued;
- Strong collaboration spirit, multitasking approach, and teamwork attitude;
- Eager to learn and challenge herself/himself constantly;
- Goal oriented, sense of ownership and ability to prioritize tasks.
