Per importante catena Retail, specializzata nella vendita di prodotti di bellezza, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di PR & Events Manager - Retail Beauty - Milano.
Descrizione La figura si occuperà di definire e implementare le strategie PR, Digital PR e Paid Influence e gestire i progetti e gli eventi di attivazione, garantendo un'esecuzione di altissimo livello.
Attività/Responsabilità principali: Sviluppare e implementare strategie PR, a breve e lungo termine.Gestire le relazioni con i media, sfruttando le relazioni con i principali contatti del settore, per garantire la copertura mediatica e il raggiungimento dei KPI.Monitorare e analizzare la copertura mediatica e gestire la comunicazione di crisi, se necessario.Coltivare e coordinare le relazioni e le partnership con i talent, garantendo risultati efficaci tramite attività PR dedicate.Sviluppare e implementare strategie di influencer marketing, allineate agli obiettivi aziendali e di sviluppo del brand.Supervisionare la pianificazione, l'esecuzione e l'ottimizzazione delle campagne di influencer marketing su varie piattaforme.Monitorare e analizzare le prestazioni delle campagne, utilizzando metriche e KPI rilevanti.Garantire che tutti i contenuti generati dagli influencer aderiscano alle linee guida del marchio e siano pertinenti alle tendenze attuali e al linguaggio specifico degli specifici canali.Collaborare strettamente con altri dipartimenti, tra cui i team Media e Social Media, per garantire un coordinamento delle campagne a 360°.Pianificare, organizzare ed eseguire eventi di alto profilo, inclusi PR open days, lanci di prodotti, eventi per i consumatori e attivazioni sul campo.Collaborare con team inter-funzionali per garantire il successo dell'esecuzione degli eventi e l'analisi post-evento.Gestire efficacemente i budget, garantendo un'allocazione ottimale delle risorse per le attività PR e gli eventi.Guidare un team di professionisti esperti nel campo delle PR e degli eventi.Identificare e gestire le agenzie PR, digital PR ed eventi in base agli obiettivi strategici e al budget dell'azienda.Negoziare contratti e accordi sul livello di servizio con le agenzie selezionate.Offerta di lavoro Ottima opportunità di carriera. Nel dettaglio si richiede:
Minimo di 7 anni di esperienza nella gestione di PR ed Eventi e almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di team nello stesso campo.Esperienza comprovata nel condurre campagne PR di successo ed eventi ad alto impatto.Provenienza da aziende strutturate, possibilmente multinazionali con strategie di comunicazione innovative.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e interpersonali.Forti capacità organizzative e di gestione dei progetti.Mentalità strategica e attenzione ai dettagli.Fluente in inglese e italiano, sia scritto che parlato.
