**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Italian Finance and Tax Specialist to join our team based in Italy. This role will be responsible for managing accounting, financial statement preparation, fund management, and tax declaration for Italian subsidiaries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage accounting, financial statement preparation, fund management, and tax declaration for Italian subsidiaries
- Ensure accurate and timely account data processing, ensuring compliance with the company's financial regulations
- Coordinate with local tax authorities, banks, and external institutions to ensure smooth operations
- Complete tax declarations on time and accurately, ensuring no errors during tax inspections
- Prepare financial statements and conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, taxation, or related fields, with a solid financial theoretical foundation and 3 years of work experience or more
- CPA, CTA, or ACCA qualifications preferred
- Proficient in financial software operation, with Oracle or other financial management system experience preferred
- Familiar with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations, with international tax processing knowledge preferred
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and other financial data processing tools
- Ability to work in Italy and adapt to long-term work in the local area
- Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills
