Covering the role of HR Administration Specialist, you will be the reference point for the plant community, successfully supporting managers, employees and workers.

Your role As HR Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Department.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing activities related to time cards, including law 104, parental leave and sickness Handling payroll activities such as hiring, dismissals, and pay slips Generating reports to provide insights and support decision-making Verifying and entering data for attendance management Updating employee master data to ensure accuracy Managing UNILAV compulsory notifications, disabled persons' brochure, and accident reports Registering supplementary pension practices and processing payment settlements Assisting with accounting data entry for payroll processing Ensuring tax compliance related to payroll, including Uniemens and F24 Managing annual compliance tasks such as CU and self-assessment of INAIL premiums Analyzing and reconciling general accounting entries related to labor Providing assistance to clients regarding contractual and labor regulations and time cards Managing suppliers in the HR function, including vendor creation and goods receipt Overseeing car leasing management Your qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: University Degree or equivalent education At least 3 years in a modern HR Department Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations Proficiency in HR software (e.g.
Success Factors) and MS Office applications Familiarity with payroll processes and systems Knowledge of accounting principles related to labor Your new team Directly reporting to the HR Sr Manager, you will join a collaborative HR team dedicated to providing exceptional support to the plant community.
