Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.
What you will be doing: To manage Process Control for all Etching process (Wet, Dry, Spray) in wafer production lineTo manage Process key parameters, including Cpk, Yields, Costs and defectsTo manage Technology improvement, by qualifying and introducting new equipments and developing new processes to support future products introduction or process optimizationsTo understand and identify sources of risks and corrective actionsWillingness to learn, study and communicate with other departments.Creative and effective data analysis with powerful software packages (JMP, SAP BO, YieldWatchDog)Teamworking with skilled and heterogeneous group of process engineerWhat you will bring along: Bachelors Master's degree, PhD Level Management Engineer or similar.2+ years' relevant experience in semiconductor industry or similarGood knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processesGood attitude in dealing with issues and requests from Top Managers.Good motivation to master new major challenges.Good coaching and mentoring skill.What can we offer you for your talent: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
