For our client, a leader multinational company in Automotive Field, we are searching for a

**Software Quality Assurance specialist.
**
She/he is an experienced engineer in SW development processes and SW quality assurance topics in Automotive, Aerospace or Railway field.
The mail goal is to assure the compliance to the quality standards of internal development activities and towards external suppliers in all Software development phases.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support continuous improvement of SW development processes throught the execution of internal audit/assessment and metrics analysis.
- Monitor project milestones execution.
- Monitor internal SW Development processes throught the definition and update of Quality checks/Quality reports.
- Review or monitor reviews execution on main project work products.
- Participate in preparation and execution of external audits/assessments done by certification companies.
- Evaluate the maturity of the sw development processes of external supplier through the execution of company tools in sourcing phase.
- Monitor the quality of processes and work products of assigned external supplier throught the execution of SW Program reviews during the development phases.
- Support lesson learnt activities.
- Support the definition and update of work methods and reference procedures on internal SW development processes.
- Define and update work methods and reference procedures for SW Quality Assurance.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Master's degree in electronic/management engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Proven experience on SW development processes is a must.
- Experience on SW Quality Assurance activities and/or Audits execution
- Experience in process and methodology definition.
- Knowledge of process development standards: Automotive SPICE, ISO26262 (Functional Safety), ISO21434 (Cybersecuirty).
- Complete the profile:_
- Positive attitude towards teamwork, proactive approach, problem solving attitude.
- Good capacity of analysis and synthesis.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English is mandatory.
