Technical Project Manager TFS page is loaded Technical Project Manager TFS Apply locations Italy - Gallarate time type Full time posted on Posted Today job requisition id JR0003609 Nature and aim of the positionThe holder of this position is managing Issuing Solutions integration projects with external partners from the execution phase to the rollout of the developed and certified solutions.Scope of these projects is the integration of Tax Free Shopping (TFS) functionalities into merchant solutions (terminals, POS systems) within the EU area.The candidate must have a strong service ethic & good communication skill, as the role is client-facing dealing directly with external client/partners.This position report directly to the IT Director Italy and is based in Gallarate.Position could requires travelling.Main duties and responsibilitiesDeliver Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, budget and in compliance with the processes of Global Blue Professional ServicesInterface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of TFS servicesSupport the definition, the implementation and the governance of an efficient Partner Integration project processSupport the Commercial Organization and the Partner Manager with technical and process consultancyEnsure that the implemented Issuing Solutions are anchored correctly in the GB organizationTo maintain the Country Requirement updated.Technical pre-salesTo provide 2nd lev support to the local FS teams.Regular review meetings with Partner ManagerRelates and cooperates mainly withLine managerTechnology, Product, Commercial teamsPartner ManagerBackground and EducationExperience in managing technical projects with external stakeholdersIT educational backgroundExperience in working with virtual and distributed teamsCustomer consulting servicesIndependent and self-motivating personalityItalian native language.English languageWorking knowledge within the retail industry preferredSpecific skills and knowledgeSolid understanding of Point-of-sale related technology and transactional systemsAbility to communicate with external partners in an efficient and structured wayAccuracy, ability to analyse situations fast and to identify the correct measuresCustomer oriented approachWillingness to enter in technical detailsStructured and flexible at the same time in managing difficult and challenging situationsCommitment and dedication to workPerseverance in reaching goalsGood knowledge of project management processes and toolsExcellent communication and team skills, ability to present ideas clearly and conciselyExcellent organizational, decision making and problem-solving skillsAbout Us At Global Blue, we firmly believe that enhancing the shopping experience drives performance.Our mission is to seamlessly connect shoppers and brands worldwide by simplifying the shopping experience and boosting retailer performance.
