Job DescriptionYour ChallengeAt MANN+HUMMEL Water & Membrane Solutions, we develop and market products used in a variety of markets and applications around the world.Our products improve planet life and enable customers to solve water and fluid challenges.At our site in Fano (Italy), we want you to bring your insight and passion to support start up, maintain and continuously improve means of production (method, machine, tool, fixture) for all parts in mass and custom production.As driver of standardization and continuous improvement in the manufacturing process, you will:Ensure that latest knowledge in industry and best practices in companies are appliedTrack performance of production equipment and execute adjustments of existing production means (upgrade / downgrade)Provide regular improvement solutions to Project EngineeringBe involved in start-of-production phaseBe in charge of technical trainingEnsure that all relevant internal and external norms and standards (eg ISO / TS / HSE) are appliedSupport production in trouble shooting (in case of not achieving quality, quantity or time targets)Your Profile:Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or similar / comparable educational backgroundExperience: 8+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing industry, and well structured companyRequired Skills:Knowledge in applying ISO and ISO requirementApplication of Lean PrinciplesExperience in mass productionApply and improve existing production methodsExperience of engineering in water / wastewater plantsFundamental knowledge of CAD (solidworks)Familiar with extrusion, machining, injection molding and other manufacturing processesPreferred Skills:Familiar with Total Quality ManagementFamiliar with HSE requirements in ProductionApplying TPM methodsFamiliar with RO membranes application and constructionFamiliar with design and construction of RO plants ans componentsCritical thinking, problem solving skillsLanguages: Mandatory Italian and EnglishAre you full of ideas?
