Head of Facilities and Operations

Il profilo ricercato è un Facilities/Construction Manager che si assuma la responsabilità della pianificazione e gestione dei beni immobili dell'azienda e della sicurezza degli stessi, rispondendo direttamente al Direttore generale.
Compiti e responsabilità:
supervisiona la manutenzione e il funzionamento delle proprietà: edifici, terreni, giardini;

sviluppa un Master Plan quinquennale che tenga conto delle condizioni e dell'uso di ogni struttura, incluso la tecnologia informatica e i controlli del clima;

pianifica e implementa progetti di capitale e di piccole dimensioni;

quantifica le ristrutturazioni necessarie, acquisisce stime dei costi, redige proposte di bilancio, presenta proposte di progetto, richiede autorizzazioni e ispezioni di costruzione;

è il collegamento primario con la sovrintendenza ed i vari enti pubblici e le agenzie locali, per garantire che gli immobili rispettino le leggi e le normative appropriate;

supervisiona gli appaltatori;

supervisiona tutte le operazioni di sicurezza e protezione e il personale;

supervisiona il lavoro relativo ai sistemi di sicurezza, agli allarmi antincendio e a qualsiasi altro sistema interno.

Requisiti richiesti:
laurea in ingegneria, architettura, campo correlato o equivalente;

almeno 10 anni di esperienza in progettazione, costruzione, ingegneria delle strutture e pianificazione e gestione di progetti di investimento;

una comprovata esperienza nella gestione e supervisione di progetti di costruzione (ad esempio strade, drenaggio, ristrutturazione di edifici, sistemi di ammodernamento);

comprovata capacità di sviluppare e mantenere budget di progetto, flussi di cassa, proiezioni e programmi;

esperienza nell'interpretazione e riproduzione di contratti e disegni architettonici e strutturali;

conoscenza di computer e programmi/software speciali utilizzati da architetti, ingegneri e geometri;

solida conoscenza pratica delle attuali pratiche edilizie, leggi e normative;

capacità di supervisionare lavori agricoli e di giardini storici;

comprovata capacità di collaborare efficacemente con una serie di parti interessate in un ambiente di lavoro complesso;

solida conoscenza scritta e orale di inglese e italiano e preferenza per candidati bilingue.

Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo determinato di 2 anni e successiva trasformazione a tempo indeterminato.
