RINA is currently recruiting for a Cyber Security Architect - Splunk to join its office in Rome, Milan or Genoa (Italy) within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.MissionYou will be responsible for deploying, configuring and maintaining Splunk solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.Key AccountabilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of Splunk solutions to meet the specific needs of our customersProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Splunk deployments, ensuring high availability and performanceDevelop and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts to improve security monitoring and incident responseWork with customers to understand their security needsEnsure Splunk integration with other cybersecurity tools and platformsProvide training and support to customers on Splunk features and Best PracticesDevelop and modify Splunk applications with other Cybersecurity platformsUse and configure Splunk Enterprise Security to improve threat detection and incident management capabilitiesManage the implementation of large Splunk projects to ensure success and customer satisfactionKeep up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in Splunk and cybersecurity technologiesEducationBachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or Computer EngineeringHigh School Diploma/GED in Computer ScienceQualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience implementing Splunk solutions and preferably has obtained a Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect CertificationProven experience implementing and supporting Splunk solutionsStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles and Best PracticesExperience with cyber solutions from the following vendors: Tenable, SentinelOne, Fortinet, Netskope and CyberArk preferredFluent Italian and EnglishStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompetenciesPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsPIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futureCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityWith over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
