ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (CONTABILITA' FORNITORI - tempo determinato): Per il potenziamento dello staff dell'ufficio amministrativo, SEA Vision ricerca profili con esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni nel ruolo in aziende produttive operanti in contesto internazionale, con Laurea in Economia o titoli di studio equivalenti (Diploma in Ragioneria o simili).
In cosa consiste la mansione: Contabilizzazione della fatturazione passiva in contesto internazionale (merce/servizi - Italia, UE, Extra UE) e bolle doganali, liquidazioni Iva, Intrastat, stampa registri, anagrafiche fornitori, prima nota, cespiti, ratei e risconti, riconciliazione conti e paritari, scadenziari; Garantire il supporto operativo per le attività amministrative e gli adempimenti contabili e fiscali; Contabilizzazione incassi e pagamenti, riconciliazioni bancarie; Attività di ricezione/invio delle fatture elettroniche allo SDI tramite portale dedicato; Supporto ad attività di tesoreria, predisposizione pagamenti; Che competenze cerchiamo: Conoscenza della partita doppia, della normativa Iva e della contabilità generale; Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel); Gradita la conoscenza autonoma della lingua inglese (soprattutto scritta); Precisione, discrezione e rispetto delle scadenze; Gradita la conoscenza del software gestionale Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision); Cosa offre SEA Vision: contratto a tempo determinato (minimo sei mesi); Un giorno di smart working a settimana, di venerdì; Servizio catering aziendale/mensa a totale carico dell'azienda; Orario flessibile; Assicurazione sanitaria con Fondo Metasalute di categoria ed ALLIANZ; Ambiente giovane, dinamico e fortemente internazionale.
