Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting a Proposal Cost Manager for an aerospace client based in Rome.
Responsibilities Support the Bid team for Finalization of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure), Master schedule, Resource planning, Cost Estimate Pack, and cash profile of the bid. Ensure that cost estimates are effectively reviewed to ensure competitive and winning pricing. Preparation and finalization of the Price and Cash Sheet with cash flow analysis. Preparation and finalization of the price sheet report for the customer. Grant coherence among various elements (economic, financial, and programmatic). In support of the Bid Manager, the job holder will be in charge to:
Support the preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval. Manage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation. Ensure the proposal schedule is respected. Finalize the best contract possible in accordance with the Cash and negotiation mandates. Define and formalize in the offer/contract terms of all the necessary conditions, including requirements relating to the payment plan (deliverables, cash in/out, partial payment terms). Requirements Economic, financial, and commercial acumen. High English writing proficiency. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, managerial, and team working skills. Accountability and ability to successfully manage change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
