For the well-established organization in the Greater Milano-region / Italyour client is looking for you as aSenior Vice President (m/f/d)South EuropeLocation: ItalyTasksRequirementsFull P&L responsibility for the region South Europe including well established local subsidiaries in Italy, Spain and France Providing leadership to a team of 100+ employees with focus on sales and marketing Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenueDefining local mid- and long-term business plans according to the company's overall strategyMember of EMEA leadership teamDirect reporting to the German HQTechnical degree Extensive leadership experience from a position on a similar level in an international environmentGood knowledge in the field of measurement&control, automation or electrical engineeringSound understanding of solutions business and value-based-sellingEntrepreneurial sales-personality with conceptual strengthNative Italian, very good skills in EnglishTrustworthy person living in close proximity to Milano, or willingness to relocate
