Gruppo bancario strutturato e in forte espansione, per un nuovo Servizio in fase di implementazione, ci ha incaricati di cercare un/una:
Site Reliability Engineer (16/24) La figura cercata, a riporto del responsabile del Servizio, svolgerà un ruolo fondamentale nel garantire l'affidabilità, la disponibilità, le performance delle infrastrutture tecnologiche del Gruppo; supporterà il team di Software Engineering nell'implementazione e nella gestione delle applicazioni su Cloud, recependo le nuove necessità dall'Area Architetturale, progettando adeguate modalità per la messa in esercizio e fornendo al contempo le relative linee guida.
Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:
system reliability: garantire l'affidabilità e la disponibilità dei sistemi mediante costante monitoraggio e risposta agli eventuali incidenti, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo dell'infrastruttura; automazione: automatizzare il deployment e la gestione dei servizi; pianificazione delle risorse: prevedere e ottimizzare le richieste di risorse per tutti i sistemi infrastrutturali; ottimizzazione delle prestazioni: analizzare le prestazioni per migliorarne l'efficienza, garantendo un'esperienza ottimale per gli utenti; supporto alla gestione degli incidenti: orientare i team operativi e applicativi nella risoluzione degli incident, analizzandone le cause e proponendo soluzioni strategiche; sicurezza: contribuire alle best practice di sicurezza, ai vulnerability assessment, alla mitigazione delle minacce informatiche. Requisiti: La persona ricercata è idealmente laureata magistrale in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica (verranno valutate/i anche diplomate/i con esperienza compatibile).
Ha maturato un'esperienza significativa in ruoli di Site Reliability Engineer, System Engineer, DevOps o affini, in società strutturate e tecnologicamente evolute.
Sono richieste una conoscenza approfondita dell'architettura dei sistemi distribuiti e una forte capacità di troubleshooting, oltre alle seguenti competenze tecniche:
– Terraform, Ansible,
– tecnologie di containerizzazione;
– Kubernetes;
– sistemi di delivery, quali Helm, GitOps;
– cloud provider: GCP, AWS o Azure;
– linguaggi di scripting e di programmazione (Bash, Python, Go);
– database: Oracle DB, MongoDB, PostgresSQL;
– elementi di networking.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità di lavorare in autonomia, di analisi, progettazione; la predisposizione a collaborare efficacemente con i membri del proprio team e con team cross-funzionali; eccellenti competenze comunicative e di presentazione. Verranno valutati diversi livelli di seniority ed esperienza.
