**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una Risorsa che supporterà il team Legal nelle seguenti attività:
**Attività**:
- Redazione, analisi e revisione di accordi commerciali, liberatorie d'uso, NDA, documenti legali, sviluppo di modelli contrattuali standard
- Supporto nella gestione dei processi aziendali di tutela dei dati personali
- Monitoraggio della normativa applicabile in materia di trattamento dei dati personali
- Supporto operativo all'ufficio del DPO
- Predisposizione, verifica e aggiornamento della documentazione privacy necessaria a raggiungere gli standard di compliance richiesti dalla normativa di riferimento
- Aggiornamento del registro di consensi prestati dagli interessati
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza
- Ottima conoscenza del Diritto Civile
- Ottima conoscenza della regolamentazione europea per trattamento di dati personali
- Esperienza richiesta maturata nel settore pari a 2 anni
**Nice to have**:
- Conoscenza del software Iubenda
- Aver svolto o essere in corso di svolgimento del tirocinio forense per l'abilitazione alla professione legale.
