Smart Clinic Spa, una nuova joint venture tra il Gruppo San Donato e Generali, è specializzata nella gestione e nello sviluppo di poliambulatori su tutto il territorio italiano. Con l'obiettivo ambizioso di creare una rete di circa 100 presidi medici entro il 2030, ci impegniamo a offrire un servizio sanitario d'eccellenza per pazienti e aziende. Per supportare la nostra rapida espansione, siamo alla ricerca di un Operations Specialist che si unisca al nostro team. Responsabilità Attività: Messa a terra dei progetti nelle strutture e definizione delle procedure operative relative all'integrazione dei progetti nelle Smart Clinic attive in Lombardia. Sviluppo area medica delle strutture operative: recruiting e rapporti diretti con i medici operativi nelle SC Lombarde. Rapporti con gli stakeholders (MMG, centri non medici con i quali creare sinergie): sviluppo del brand e presentazione delle SC verso gli SH come MMG (con incontri one to one ed eventi organizzati dall'azienda) e centri non medici e altre attività con le quali instaurare sinergie e partnership utili alla canalizzazione dei pazienti e alla creazione di percorsi da e verso SC. Sviluppo del servizio CHECK UP: organizzazione del servizio, secondo accordi stipulati da ufficio convenzioni con le singole realtà aziendali o altri player, nelle SC tramite il coordinamento del personale medico ed infermieristico. Cosa non può mancare? Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo, in ambito sanitario o della gestione di reti complesse. Attitudine alla leadership, orientamento al risultato e capacità di creare relazioni. Gradita conoscenza del mercato sanitario e delle dinamiche del territorio lombardo.
